In a small storage bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients well. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, blend ground turkey with seasonings and breadcrumbs. Once uniform, fold in corn and jalapeño. Form into 8 patties.
Cook burgers in a skillet on medium heat for a few minutes on each side. They tend to puff up, and cooking with the lid on helps ensure the centers are done.
While the burgers are cooking you can mash up a batch of guacamole and gather and toppings you want.
Melt cheese over top. A half of a slice of cheese fits each patty nicely.
Top with desired accompaniments and enjoy!
