Carrot & Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Salad

  • 10 oz shredded carrots 1 bag
  • 2 cups chopped red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Add carrots and cabbage to a large bowl with enough room to stir.

  2. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small glass or bowl. Stir into carrots and cabbage.

  3. Add sunflower seeds and cheese.
