Pizza Gnocchi

  • 1.2 lbs ground turkey will only be using half
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 lbs gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup tomato based pasta sauce
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt to taste
  • shredded parmesan for topping


  1. Boil water for gnocchi

  2. While water is boiling, brown turkey in skillet with the beef bouillon cube. Add a little water if the bouillon cube needs help dissolving.

  3. Remove half the ground turkey. Drop gnocchi when water boils - cook according to package directions.

  4. While gnocchi is cooking, add pasta sauce, cream cheese, and seasonings to beef and stir.

  5. Combine drained gnocchi with meat sauce. Top with cheese and enjoy!
