  • 2/3 cup cream of anything mix see link above
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 lbs breakfast sausage
  • 1 lbs frozen hashbrowns
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder


  1. Cook together cream of anything mix and water on low to medium heat. Be sure to stir frequently.

  2. Brown sausage as cream of anything mix is thickening.

  3. Dump hashbrowns into a large greased casserole dish.

  4. Add sausage and cream of anything mix as they are ready. Stir to mix.

  5. Add in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  6. Mix in cheese, reserving some to top as desired.

  7. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
