Potato Pancakes

An easy potato recipe that works for dinner, sides, or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs frozen hash browns fully thawed
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Fully thaw hash browns in a large mixing bowl

  2. Add flour and Old Bay, mix thoroughly to coat hash browns evenly. Do the same with the eggs. Then the cheese.

  3. Scoop hash brown mixture onto a 375 degree griddle. Pancakes ~4" in diameter will make the serving size. Griddle 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
